Who Can Join
Membership is open to independently owned real estate brokerages in Upstate South Carolina that:
- Operate independently and are not part of a national franchise system
- Maintain local ownership and leadership
- Have 50 or fewer affiliated agents
- Value collaboration and professional growth
- Support ethical business practices
Founding Member Program
Brokerages joining during the inaugural year receive special recognition as charter members of the collective.
