The Independent Brokerage Collective began with a vision from Brian Hardyman, broker and owner of Distinguished Realty of South Carolina: independent brokerages coming together to share what works and grow stronger as a group than any one could alone.

Join the Collective
Membership is open to independently owned real estate brokerages in Upstate South Carolina with 50 or fewer affiliated agents. Annual dues are $500 per brokerage.
