Annual dues are $500 per brokerage, plus a $15 processing fee when paying online. Limited-time offer: brokerages that join by November 25, 2026 are members through December 31, 2027. You can sign up and pay online on our Join page.

Membership includes monthly meetings, educational programs, networking events, and special events throughout the year. Most gatherings are included with your membership; from time to time, a select event or program may carry a small additional fee to help cover costs such as meals, venue, or a special speaker. When that’s the case, the amount is always shared clearly in advance so you can decide what’s right for your team. Brokerages joining in the inaugural year also receive founding member recognition.

Yes. We welcome brokerage leaders and their team members at many of our events. Some programs may be designated members-only, and certain events may welcome guests. Details are shared with each event.
